I appreciate your interest in Persephenie! Please read terms carefully before you purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are a working studio with new product made weekly to insure freshness and vitality.
Orders ship every Friday. If an order is placed on Friday before 12PM, it will process the same day. Persephenie is a small cottage business with almost all of the products crafted and packaged in studio by hand. The beginning of the week is spent making and running the business, with the end of the week dedicated to shipping and open studio hours Friday and Saturday from 12PM to 6PM.
If you are in urgent need of something, you may visit by appointment Monday-Thursday, or drop by OPEN STUDIO every Friday and Saturday from 12PM to 6PM. For faster shipping you can contact email@example.com. There is an extra $5 Urgent Shipping Processing Fee for quicker delivery.
Persephenie ships USPS PRIORITY within the US only. Once your parcel ships, you will receive a notification via USPS so you may track your parcel. The amount of days your package will take to reach you will depend on where your located in the US.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. If you have skin sensitivity, or concern that a product may not be the right fit, Persephenie encourages purchasing samples before buying a full sizes.
CLASS REFUND POLICY
If it’s not possible to attend your class, Persephenie offers online credit only if the cancellation is more than ten days before the class. There is no refund within ten days of the class. You may also transfer your class to a friend or family, but Persephenie must be notified in advance. To cancel or transfer your seat, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The local sales tax is required on orders within the state of California.
