SHIPPING

Persephenie ships USPS PRIORITY within the US and FEDEX Internationally. Once your parcel ships, you will receive a notification via USPS or FEDEX so you can track your parcel. The amount of days your package will take to reach you will depend on where you're located.

PRODUCT RETURNS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. If you have skin sensitivity, or concern that a product may not be the right fit, Persephenie encourages purchasing samples before buying a full sizes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders ship FEDEX. Please consider the time it will take for your order to go through your countries International Customs.

CLASS REFUND POLICY

If it’s not possible to attend your class, Persephenie offers online credit only if the cancellation is more than 28 days before the class. There is no refund within 28 days of the class. You may also transfer your class to a friend or family, but Persephenie must be notified in advance. To cancel or transfer your seat, please email info@persephenie.com

TAX

The local sales tax is required on orders within the state of California.
